In what is clearly an ominous decision for the future of a developer’s dream to put dozens of recreational docks on a picturesque stretch of the Spokane River, the Washington Supreme Court has just announced it won’t hear an appeal to a lower court finding that the first docks placed on the river were illegal. We reported on that decision last May.
