I found this video on the YouTube recently – it was shot on May 29th, when the Spokane River was running at around 34,000 CFS and was at or near flood stage.
The video is probably two minutes too long, a little shaky, and clearly shot using a cell phone. But I’m posting it for a few reasons. First, the music in the beginning part and the filter feature on the video are kind of interesting, especially for a mobile device capture. And second, this very raw video clearly illustrates how big of an attraction the Spokane River and Riverfront Park are.
